Basement Renovation in Ann Arbor

This Ann Arbor walkout basement was previously unfinished and used only for storage. Exemplar carpentry was able to transform it into a second complete living area by transforming it into two bedrooms, a complete bath, and a second kitchen. We started by doing all the electrical, framing, plumbing, and drywall. Suspended ceilings were installed and painting was done throughout the space. We added tile flooring to the bathroom and kitchen and laminate flooring throughout the rest of the space. The bathroom was completed with a tiled shower with glass accents.
